Club News and Events Secret Harbour Golf Association - Annual General Meeting All Ordinary Members of the Secret Harbour Golf Club are requested to attend the Annual General Meeting of the club, at the clubrooms commencing 7.00 pm on Monday the 6th September 2010. Key agenda items will be the election of the Executive and General Committee for 2011 season and to vote on any proposed changes to the Club Constitution. Notices of Motion, proposed changes to the Constitution and Nomination of Officers and Members of the General Committee must be made to the Secretary in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the date of such meeting. No proxies shall be allowed. Only Ordinary Members may attend and vote at the meeting. A quorum (30) is required to conduct the AGM, so please make the effort to attend, it is envisaged the meeting should finish around 9:00 pm followed by light refreshments. Secret Harbour Golf Club - Open Day Secret Harbour Golf Club will host The Surf Beach Cup on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of September 2010 at Secret Harbour Golf Links. Proudly Sponsored by Flight Centre. The Surf Beach Cup is an 36 Hole two day Stroke Event. There will be a two tee start commencing at 7:15 am. Entry fee is $90.00. Entries close on Saturday the 28th August 2010. Book early as the field is limited to 120 positions The draw should be available on Sunday the 5th September 2010. So please check the Home Page for your Tee-Off time.
